There are cycling routes for all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced cyclists. Road routes are faster and easier, while mountain routes are more challenging and offer more spectacular views.

Benijo Beach: It is a black volcanic sand beach, with ideal waves for surfing and a natural, wild environment.

Almáciga Beach: It is a black volcanic sand beach, with a small pier and several restaurants.

Hiking paradise

Anaga Rural Park, on the island of Tenerife, Spain, is a paradise for hiking lovers. The park has a network of trails of all levels of difficulty, allowing hikers to explore the natural beauty of the area.

Anaga's trails run through laurel forests, cliffs, beaches and traditional villages. Hikers can enjoy spectacular landscapes, such as the Roque de los Dos Hermanos, the Roque de Taborno and the Cruz del Carmen.

Some of Anaga's most popular trails include:

 This 40-kilometer circular route runs along the northern coast of the park, passing through the towns of Taganana, Chamorga and El Bailadero.

 This 6.5 kilometer round trip route climbs Roque de Taborno, a 450 meter high rock formation.

This 5.5 kilometer circular route passes through the picturesque village of Taganana and offers panoramic views of the northern coast of Tenerife.
